Meet the CEO and read his weekly recommendation. This week: NOMO KITCHEN
A WORD FROM THE CEO
For those of you new to FLY you may not know but our CEO and man about town sits down once a week to send out his weekly restaurant and bar recommendation.

The NOMO KITCHEN was once known as Isola. However, the hotel was refashioned from the Mondrian Soho to the NOMO SOHO and with that the NOMO KITCHEN was born.
The name may change but the energy remains the same. From the grand garden entrance on Crosby Street to the atrium roof adorned with a sheet of decadent chandeliers, this "kitchen" sets a resounding tone for New York City high life.
If you decide to dine, the 12 oz Wagyu Flatiron Steak served with Shoe String Fries and Super Green Spinach Béarnaise or the Branzino served with Hedgehog Mushrooms and Ravigote Lobster- Pernod Jusare are the ways to go.
And if you think its daring to call a chic and trendy restaurant a "kitchen", well think again. Mercer Kitchen has long rode that moniker to great success. NOMO KITCHEN has dared to do it again.
