I don’t care how much it costs, I’m gonna need a really decadent burger if I hope to make it through the rest of this week. Where should I go?

Jocelyn, you’re in the right town. Lately it seems you can’t go a subway stop without coming across some top of the line 40 day aged wagyu beef patty on a heritage bun. So if you’re desperate just text your concierge for the nearest one.
However, if you’re looking for my personal favorite then look no farther than Minetta Tavern and its wonderfully decadent Black Label Burger.
The recently resurrected West Village French bistro burger might just be one of themost mouth watering in town. The patty is made of ground up, prime grade, dry aged rib eye, skirt steak and brisket. So basically your three favorite cuts of beef all in one burger.
This king of burger patties is then placed within a custom brioche bun designed at sister restaurant Balthazar, and finished off with sautéed, near caramelized onions. Although it does not come with cheese, you can certainly request it, in which case I suggest you go with the cheddar.
Wednesdays can be tough, knowing that you still have two more days to go before the weekend. Although this burger will leave you slightly lighter in your wallet, it will certainly give you the strength that you need to make it to Friday night.
